ONE Pass is a hybrid of Employment Pass and PR

ONE Pass is a unique work pass that combines elements of both the Employment Pass and Permanent Resident (PR) visa in Singapore, offering a middle ground solution. In recent times, the approval rate for PR applications in Singapore has been significantly low, making it challenging for global talent to secure long-term visibility for their future in the country. Recognizing the importance of attracting and retaining top talent, the authorities have introduced the ONE Pass as a visa option that provides a balance between the two.
