Form EP152 is required to confirm that an applicant is still working in the same company as mentioned in the PR application. If your employer refuses to sign it, you can submit other documents that can verify your current employment status. ICA can accept the following documents instead of EP152:
- A valid S Pass or Employment Pass
- Salary slip of six months (latest)
- Annex A or a letter of employment dated not later than two weeks from the date of appointment
