What you do yourself

This is a review and advisory service. These are the parts of the process that remain with you.
We do not write any documents for you. This includes your cover letter, financial profile, testimonials, reference letters, explanations and declarations. We provide templates and you prepare them. We review them and tell you how to improve them.
We do not complete or file your application. Entering information into the ICA portal, uploading documents and submitting are entirely your responsibility.
We do not attend or supervise your filing session. You cannot open the ICA application and expect a consultant to remain on a call or video while you enter information and upload documents. There is no line-by-line advice or guidance on this. You must be comfortable filing your application yourself.
We do not redraft your documents through repeated rounds. We review what you have prepared, tell you what to change, and confirm once your revised version meets the standard.

Who is this plan for?

Applicants who are comfortable preparing and filing their own PR or Citizenship application, including their cover letter and supporting documents, but want an experienced consultant to review their case and give recommendations before they submit.

Why should I take this package?

Filing on your own means no expert review. You may not spot document issues, missing information, or ways to strengthen your submission. Epica has handled more than 2,000 applications and can help you find and fix these gaps. This is especially valuable if you are applying for the first time.

Why does it cost around S$1,000 and not S$400–500?

A human-led review and advisory service in this format is not currently offered in Singapore. At S$400–500, a service would have to rely mostly on automation or AI. Most applicants want a real consultant who reviews their documents and gives advice specific to their case, and immigration is too complex for generic automated answers.

This is also not a single consultation. We keep your case open throughout the review, so you can keep asking questions while you fix issues and prepare your application.

Your case is managed by the same team, using the same systems and professional processes as our Full-Service clients. The difference is only the scope: you handle the writing and filing yourself.

Who should not choose this package?

Anyone who isn't confident submitting through the ICA system or writing their own cover letter and explanations. This plan covers review, advice, and guidance only. You remain responsible for preparing the final materials, entering information into the ICA system, and submitting. If you want us to handle these tasks, choose the full-service package.
