Do you have your IPA (In-Principle Approval) for the PEP (Personalised Employment Pass)?
Are you seeking to issue the PEP?
We are an employment agency authorized by the Ministry of Manpower, and we can assist you in issuing the PEP as well as any related dependent passes.
Today, many individuals choose to apply for the PEP on their own and often include their dependents for a dependent pass. Once your PEP is approved, you are required to visit the Ministry of Manpower's Employment Pass Service Centre (EPSC) located in Circular Road for the purpose of issuance. However, it can be challenging to secure an appointment slot at the EPSC. Moreover, as a PEP holder, you may find yourself in the midst of job changes, meetings or even in a rush to travel outside the country.
That's why we offer a convenient solution: Getting issued your PEP (and related dependent passes) from the comfort of your own home. We provide this service to help you save time and hassle.
Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate both single individuals and families. If you are applying for services as a single person, you will be charged the rate specified for a single applicant. However, if you are part of a family, each additional member will be charged the corresponding rate for an additional applicant.
To illustrate, let's consider a family of three seeking PEP/DP issuance services. In this scenario, the total cost would be calculated as follows: 350 SGD (for the first applicant) + 150 SGD (for the second applicant) + 150 SGD (for the third applicant) = 650 SGD in total. The same logic applies to PEP filing services.
The government imposes various charges that can significantly impact your expenses. Specifically, the application filing fee amounts to 105 SGD per person. Once your application is approved, you will need to pay an issuance fee of 225 SGD, along with a multiple entry visa fee of 30 SGD. It's important to note that these fees are applicable per person. Therefore, if you're a family of two, you will be spending a total of 720 SGD solely on charges imposed by the ICA and MOM.
We will generate an invoice for the services provided. Payment collection is required before we commence the work. Earlier you pay faster the completion will be. Rest assured that once the payment is received, we will promptly begin the necessary tasks.
The initial step is to ensure the cancellation of your existing Employment Pass (EP) or Dependent Pass (DP). We can proceed with issuing your Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) or Dependent Pass (DP) only after the cancellation of your current EP or DP. Additionally, if there are any other EP applications approved in principle under your name, they will need to be withdrawn as well. To initiate this process, you will need to communicate with your company and request the necessary actions to cancel or withdraw the relevant passes or applications.
Send us the scanned copies of following documents ;
The above set of documents is needed for every person for whom you are looking for issuance services.
As part of the Ministry of Manpower's regulations, we are required to conduct a quick identity verification process for you. Since we have not physically met or seen your identity document, this verification is necessary. The purpose is to ensure that the person providing us with instructions is the same individual holding the In-Principle Approval (IPA).
The identity verification process is similar to modern-day biometric matching. We will send you a link, and upon accessing it, you will be prompted to take a photo of your passport and a selfie. The system will then use biometrics to match the information and confirm your identity verification. This process typically takes no more than 5 minutes.
At this stage, you will be required to sign the declaration form from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as well as an authorization form that allows us to proceed with issuing your PEP. This is a straightforward process, and we utilize e-signing software for convenience. You will receive a link via email, and upon opening it, you can proceed to sign the forms. The signing process typically takes around 5-10 minutes, as the documents are primarily MOM forms and not complex.
Once the above steps are completed, our staff will initiate the issuance process for your PEP and any associated dependent passes in the MOM system. This process usually takes approximately 1-2 hours. Upon completion, the PEP and dependent passes will be issued, and you will receive a notification letter.
The final step is the collection of the PEP card. If you have already undergone fingerprint scanning at the EPSC in the past (possibly due to a previous Employment Pass), there is no need for you to visit the EPSC again. The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will prepare your new cards, which you can conveniently pick up from our office. The cards will be delivered to our office address.
However, if you are a foreigner obtaining the PEP for the first time, you will need to visit the EPSC for a one-time fingerprint scanning. In this case, we will book your appointment, and you will be required to go to the EPSC on the scheduled day. Once your card is ready, it will be dispatched to our office address.
