We often receive questions regarding the origins of Epica Immigration. Understanding our history helps explain our deep connection to the industry.
The company was previously named Solastis Solutions Pte Ltd when it was incorporated in 2017. The name was officially changed to Epica Immigration in 2021.
Originally, Solastis Solutions focused on developing a case management platform called CRM+, specifically designed for the immigration industry. This technical background connects us to the immigration sector since 2017. Eventually, we pivoted from solely developing the platform to utilizing it for our own immigration services.
Our founder, Vaibhav Joshi, was involved in immigration through other companies prior to Epica Immigration, including Epica Consulting. Epica Consulting started as a sole proprietorship and was converted to a private limited company around 2020. While that entity is still active, it focuses on corporate registrations.
Years ago, the scope of immigration advisory was limited in Singapore as PR and citizenship were easier to obtain. It began as a side business handling a few cases monthly, but as the business grew, we established Epica Immigration as a separate, dedicated entity.
Our current office is located in Jurong East. It is not a shared office; it is completely rented and fully managed by us. While you may see other company names registered there, these are primarily dormant companies belonging to the promoter or previous tenants. Generally, if fewer than 20 companies are registered at one location, it is not considered a serviced office.
Note on previous addresses: You may see references to "07-29 Vision Exchange Building." That was our smaller office from approximately three years ago. As our team grew, we moved to a larger office within the same building.
We do maintain an office in Australia at a virtual service office address. This is because we currently have one staff member working there. We assist several Australian migration companies with their day-to-day operations using our staff and platform based in Singapore. Since they subcontract their daily work to us, a larger physical presence in Australia is not currently required.
On our website, you may see logos of major corporations like Johnson & Johnson, Singtel, and Google. It is important to clarify that we do not have direct partnerships with these companies. In Singapore, large corporations typically do not partner with immigration firms for employee PR sponsorships.
These logos represent that high-earning employees from these specific companies have individually engaged our services to handle their immigration matters.
As of February 2026, we are nearing 2,000 paid customers. Unlike many competitors, we do not count free consultations, minor advisory services, or simple appeal letters in this number.
This count includes only full-price assignments valued at a minimum of $1,500 or more. Our running invoice number as of February 2026 is 1987, indicating we will cross the 2,000 milestone imminently.
We often receive questions about our success rate statements. Some clients ask if claiming a "3.5x improvement" contradicts the statement that "nobody can guarantee approval." Here is the detailed explanation.
After engaging us, your chances genuinely improve because of professional profile enhancement. If you originally submitted a basic application, and we step in to enhance your cover letter and documents, your chances can significantly double or triple. For example, if a self-filed application had a 15% probability, our work could raise that to 75-80% depending on the case.
However, if you were already extremely thorough in your self-filing, the margin for improvement is naturally smaller.
Even if we maximize your application strength, an absolute guarantee is impossible due to the ICA quota system. Based on our understanding of operations (not officially disclosed by ICA), applications are subject to multiple quotas, such as:
Our job is to provide the details necessary to help you pass through these quotas, but we cannot control the quotas themselves.
Some companies claim they take 3 to 6 months for "profile building," whereas Epica Immigration often files within 4 to 5 weeks. Does this mean we rush the process?
The answer is No.
We receive many inquiries from clients who wish to file immediately. However, we do provide profile-enhancing tips. If a client chooses to work on these improvements (e.g., volunteering that requires 3 months), we are happy to pause the case and wait. It is entirely the customer's choice.
Since the majority of customers prefer filing sooner, our standard timeline reflects that efficiency.
Be cautious of companies claiming they must take 3 to 6 months to build a profile. Often, they are not doing substantial work during that time. The delay is frequently due to limited, overworked staff who cannot complete the case immediately. They may extend the timeline simply to manage their own workload constraints.
We hope this overview answers your questions regarding Epica Immigration's background, office setups, and operational philosophy. We believe in transparency regarding our client counts, success potential, and the reality of the immigration process in Singapore.
