Once the assignment is completed, your details are locked in our storage and are not accessible to any staff other than the director of the company. These details will be retrieved only if you subsequently need those details again or need to do the filing again.
As a customer, you also have the option to request the complete deletion of your data from our system after the case is completed. For this, you can get in touch with our team, and on your request, we will manually delete your folder, which consists of your passport copies, birth certificates, educational certificates, and any other details. After the deletion, we will confirm to you via email that your data has been completely deleted from our system.
However, keep in mind that if you have engaged us for multiple filing assignments, meaning in the case of subsequent failure if you want us to do a second filing for which you have selected an appropriate plan, it is your responsibility to download this folder and keep it with you before the deletion occurs. If you approach us subsequently to do a refiling at a discounted rate, the folder we created previously as part of the previous assignment must be made available to us, because it consist all our previous work. If it is not available or you have not downloaded it, we will not be able to provide you with refiling services at a discounted price, and instead, the full price will apply.
However, please note that data deletion is only applicable to document copies and specific details. This does not include your basic contact information such as name, email address, and telephone number, as we are legally required to retain this information under IRAS and Companies act.
