For documents not in English, do I need to get the translations notarized by a Singapore-based lawyer?

ICA mentioned in their official documents that for documents that are not in English, they accept:

  • Translated copy of the document issued by the Embassy of the country where the document was issued or by a local Notary Public
  • Self-translated copy of the document attested by the Embassy of the country where the document was issued or notarized by the local Notary Public
