PR Basics

I am an American citizen of the Indian race. Is it hard for me to get Singapore PR for my kids?

If you are a Singapore PR, you can sponsor your children’s PR applications if they are:

  • Born to you when you are in a legal marriage
  • Legally adopted by you
  • Must be less than 21 years old

The procedure is neither hard nor easy. It is just the same for all such applications. ICA considers multiple factors while granting the PR. Also, your male child will be liable for National Services if he gets the PR. You can hire an immigration service provider to make the process a little easy for you.
